However if you happen to have received our product and found damaged/defective condition or wrong items, please contact us immediately by whatsapp us: www.wassap.my/60177004599 immediately and such issues must be reported to us within three (3) days upon received the item. M-Bazaar Sdn Bhd shall reserve the right to request for any photo evidence of the said damage/defective or wrong item in its original packaging for our inspection.
M-Bazaar Sdn Bhd at its sole discretion and considering the circumstances, offer a replacement/exchange, however depend on our stock availability that will require about seven (7) days. Please take note that our stock is limited due to we wish to keep the freshness of our products. For the refund of the damaged/defective or incorrect product, or arrange for the re-delivery, collection and/or return of the damaged/defective or incorrect product, will be within seven (7) days from the date of our written notice to do the same by crediting your credit card or by way of cash which is to be claimed at our store if payment for the order is made by debit card. Alternatively, we may allow you to select other items of equivalent value to the damaged/defective or incorrect product at our store within seven (7) days from our written notice to allow you such option and you shall deem to forfeit your right to such replacement or exchange if you do not do the same within the given time period wherein we shall not be liable to entertain any of your request to the said damaged/defective or wrong item.
Please take note if you do not report the damage/defect or the incorrect product delivered within the specified period of three (3) days, we shall not entertain any of your request.
